Tsukemen is a Japanese dipping style ramen. Our Gyokai Tsukemen is a classic take on the fish dipping soup with a rich umami flavour. The noodle are topped with torched chashu bits, marinated soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, green onions, yuzu koshou and yaki-nori roasted seaweed.
Tsukemen is a Japanese dipping style ramen. The dipping soup is made from a mix of our Tonkotsu broth, house-made black sesame paste, ground black sesame and our spicy miso paste with ground pork. The noodle is topped with torched chashu bits, marinated soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, green onions and yaki-nori roasted seaweed. Spicy.
